Lakshmi Narayan Temple:- This modern temple, built
in the traditional style with bright touches in cream & red, is also known
as the Birla Mandir Temple after the well-known family of industrialists who
built it. In its well-maintained gardens, just before the entrance to the
temple, is a Siva shrine to the left & one to Hanuman on the right.This
beautiful Vaishnavite temple is dedicated to Lakshmi (Laxmi), the Goddess of
Wealth. The temple houses the idols of Goddess Laxmi and her husband Lord
Vishnu or Narayana, along with the magnificent idols of Shiva with his consort
Parvati.
